Hi, I have recently transfered my shop from Wix to Shopify. I just sent the first group email to 2.5k sunscribers.
Receiving this email, doesn’t have our logo in the little icon next to the email in the inbox (gmail in mobile view). When i send individual emails from the Gmail worksuite, the receiver does get the icon, so it’s only when sent from the shopify ‘Email’ app, that it is not showing. (With Wix it was showing when sending through wix group emails).
My Shopify is connected to the Gmail Workspace.
Would love to get help to reinstate the logo in the inbox icon of the receiver.

Thanks for sharing the store url. By any chance can you share your store collab code in the p/m so that I can do the requested changes. Because this issue is the Shopify email template related.

Hello, I would love to know how to do this as well. I use Shopify with Google Workspace and I’ve added my logo into GMail but its not appearing when I send an email through Shopify.

By default, when you receive a promotional email, Google hides the images. You need to click ‘Display images below’ to view them.
