I’m signing up for a new store, but every time I choose a subscription plan, the website will redirect me to the store freeze page.
I’ve created multiple stores for testing, after selecting Shopify Base, I bound a credit card to pay, and I have been waiting for the result during the payment process, but the page has been waiting. The surface has been unable to log in, and it has been displayed Tryusing a different account or gloing back to the Stores List page.
After checking community posts, I found that many others have experienced the same issue. I reached out to the general assistant again,they still didn’t give me a working solution and still let me just pick the plan.
I don’t feel Shopify team is there to support me at all! Does Shopify even have customer service that can actually solve problems? My mailbox is Middleeastofficial@sihoo.com ,Thank you in advance!
