Ignore order growth and conversion rate (because the increase is all accessories orders)
I highly suggest that you check your checkout option and see if your customers are having trouble checking out their orders or add to cart option. If all of these are working, try to focus on your advertising. This might boost your sales as well and have an impact on your store or website’s analytics. Create a different account and act like a customer trying to purchase or browsing to your store and see if there are any potential cause that can lead to drop in sales. Lastly, check your website link as well if it is working.
