Hey guys need your help. I’ve opened a store which got taken down and I can’t even access my admin section it says “theres a problem loading this page”. Then I opened the second store because it took too long for the support to fix it and I was in hurry because the release of my shop was do. The same stuff happened to the second shop too. Now both are not accessible. Now I got a bill from both shops although they’re down. I’m trying to reach out to the support via the chatbot, nor does the bot respond. I’m typing my question into the chat and it doesn’t get send. It’s very frustrating don’t know what to do.
