"The Theme you're looking for couldn't be found"

I’m trying to continue editing the code of a draft Dawn 2.0 theme, but keep getting the message “The Theme you’re looking for couldn’t be found. Check the web address and try again, or try navigating to the Theme Editor from Themes.”

Does anyone know how I can locate/access my theme? Or has anyone had issues with this in the past?

I’m having the same issue. I’m on Dawn 2.3.0, I’m trying to start an upgrade but first I need to see what code changes I’ve made.
