I desperately need help for the following two problems and really appreciate for any help!!!

The whole page shifting (not stay fixed width) when scroll down or up, which left a gap and can not come back to the width fit the screen. Please see attached photo and video.

The drop down menu can not recover to the original position if you when to the previous layer without minimize the tab, which also left a big gap
