Hello, guys

I am going to customize the my store’s theam, but it’s customize site is working very very slow.

Please suggest, what I do, so I can smoothly customize my theam of store.

Quick Fixes for Slow Shopify Theme Customizer:

  • Use a modern browser (Chrome/Firefox or Safari) and clear cache.
  • Close unused tabs and apps to free up memory.
  • Ensure a fast, stable internet connection.
  • Simplify your theme, remove unused sections and scripts.
  • Use “Preview” mode after editing code for faster feedback.
  • Disable unused apps temporarily, they may slow down the customizer.
  • Test a lighter theme (like Dawn) to check if your current theme is the issue.
  • Contact Shopify Support if it’s still slow across all themes.

Hi @Pawwell . This issue could be due to theme complexity or even browser performance. You can test out with other themes, try clearing the cache and try customizing during off-peak hours, just make sure you’ll be having stable internet connection as well :slightly_smiling_face:
