The free themes like Dawn would have less theme components and less settings for customising than paid themes so certain sections like one where there are combinations of images overlapping text or specifically arranged elements might be more difficult to replicate exactly.
One theme I would recommend that feels close to the sample you’ve shared is Alchemy - you can see a demo of it here. What you could do is try a demo of it which will allow you to customise it in the editor and add brand imagery before purchasing to get an idea if it would fit this store.
