Theme editor is not loading for my PC devices

Hi,

the theme editor won’t work on my pc devices, but it works on my phone (both chrome and apps).

This problem occurred quite few weeks ago, so I have been trying to almost every solution from previous cases:

  • I cleared my cache and history, tried incognito mode.

  • I tried to switch to different templates and they all fail to load.

  • I tried to start fresh from a new templet, and it still fail to load.

  • I tried to switch to different internet, doesn’t work

  • disabled the add-in apps like Geotranslation, not loading

The editor only works on my phone.

I found the theme editor is not working for my other stores that just opened a few days ago, so it might be something device-related or account-related problem?

It now begins to feel like a torture that you can only edit the theme from the phone. any helps or ideas would be appreciated!!

I also have switched to a different Mac devices and the problem remains. I don’t know if this info helps.

I magically solved this problem by trying to solve a seem-to-unrelated problem. I leave this solution to whom might have the same issue in the future.

today i found my app main page cannot load and error message is “Field ‘onboarding’ doesn’t exist on type ‘StaffMemberPrivateData’ Variable $onboardingImageTransform is declared by HomeNotification but not used”

So i begin to change every image i could find, then i go to online store-preference-> social sharing image. I changed the image, and my theme editor works on pc devices now.
