Hi,

i want to buy the theme pipeline. When I press the buy button, I don’t work. There is written Failed to create charge.

How are you paying for the theme if I may ask? If with Paypal, then please contact PayPal support as in these cases the backend error is often something like the following:

  • Transaction declined. Please contact PayPal Support to resolve this issue
