Hope everyone is doing well.
Has anyone recently purchased any theme from themeforest.net. I have tried multiple times but it seems that they are blocking the account for no reason.
Is anybody aware about the issue and how to get away with this?

Shopify has no relation to themeforest.
For fourth party platforms you need to consult that platforms support channels, or forums.
Especially when you try to log in and it specifically communicates you need to contact their support for resolution.

@PaulNewton is on the right lines. If you’re not using a free theme from Shopify, then your theme was made by a third-party theme developer. To find support, you can view the support documentation for your theme, or contact the theme developer.
It’s good to note that the Shopify Community is still a great place to get support for your third-party theme, as other members might have the same theme as you!
