How many theme you are having?
You can only add up to 20 themes on normal Shopify plans, and up to 100 themes on Shopify Plus plan.
However, based on what is showing, I think it might be a temporary issue from Shopify. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
The issue can be resolved by simply buying any membership higher than the starter plan. Quite frankly, this should be spelled out in no uncertain terms to people on the starter plan. It is not mentioned on the website ANYWHERE, including when a customer purchases the starter plan. I’m sure I’ll get referred to come EUA but again, state it on the website or lose business. I had to spend hours of time troubleshooting with support because there wasn’t a simple message, “Your plan does not include adding ANY themes beyond ‘Start.’”
