I assigned the theme template ‘measurement-guide’ to the ‘Measurement Guide’ page. When I went to customize the theme the ‘Measurement Guide’ page is still assigned to the ‘Default Page’ template. See attached screenshots. Any help would be much appreciated.

can you just open that page on admin theme customization
I appreciate your reply but I do not think I understand. The second screenshot is the “Measurement Guide” page being viewed in the admin theme customization. The issue is that the theme template assignment being made to the pages is not translating when I open them in the admin theme customization.
