Dear Shopify Support,
I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to transfer one of my purchased themes to my girlfriend, as I am no longer using it. I understand the process requires her to purchase the same theme on her account, and then I can delete it from mine in order to initiate the refund. I’m fine with this part.
However, my concern is that I originally purchased the theme using a Revolut account which has since been deactivated. Therefore, Shopify would not be able to refund the amount to the original payment method.
Is there any solution for this? Would it be possible to provide an alternative refund method or account in this case?
