I submitted my app for review, and one feature of my app relies on themeCreate mutation https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-graphql/latest/mutations/themeCreate For which exemption is needed. I had been granted this exemption weeks before I submitted my app for review; however, after 3 weeks of inactivity, the reviewer marked this as an issue with my submission. Since then I have spent days trying to make the support team understand that I already have an exemption from Shopify for this feature, but it appears they do not understand what the exemption simply means. Is there any way someone on the review team can be reached by email or another means to provide them exemption approval email I got? So far I have no luck in resolving this issue with the Support or the Review team.
