The Chinese text only appears next to the filters on the product listing page. I have tried using other Shopify website templates and have set the website to display only in English, but the problem persists. I have also checked the original code of the template, but cannot solve this problem. Please help me, thank you.

Is that possible auto-translate feature active on your browser, it sometimes can be the case. Do you see same in incognito window. Can you please share your website page where this visible?

This is now happening on our shop as well. We’re seeing it in our product category only as we are trying to add a new product. I think it’s a bug in Shopify.

Product Categories are being randomly translated into different languages now… First Chinese, then french, german, etc
This is happening for me just now as well, but not my filters. The ‘Category’ column of my products within dashboard all turned to Chinese. This is the case on Google Chrome and Opera.

Happening to me too. Then when I try to delete it and change it, it goes to a different language other than english.
I’m chatting with an advisor and he’s saying there’s a glitch in the system.

Happening to me too, can’t just start happening to everyone 5 minutes ago. Have not changed a thing was working all day and just 5 minutes or a bit longer the drop-down boxes on product pages have become chinese now can
not work at all
nothing to do with auto transalate if i look at all my products in shopify all their categories have changed to chinese, rest of the columns are all in english it is just the product category column only so cannot be an auto translate

I am having the same problem. All my product categories are showing up in Chinese.
