Hey guys!!

I am new to shopify, I created an ecommerce store with shopify and after some few scrolls I logged out. Then the next day I tried logging in but I keep getting this error message…

  1. There is a problem loading this page, your account [email removed] doesn’t have permission to view this page, try using a different account or try going back to the store list page.

After battling this error and also reaching out to shopify on their email and also trying what the support lady said, I still couldn’t work it out. I tried creating another account, it seems to be working smoothly for 2-3days and suddenly after completing 6 out of 8steps the store wouldn’t log me in, the web page you are looking for could not be found, please make sure the web address you entered is correct…

Like how!!! What did I do wrong again!!! I’m so frustrated!!!

Have you tried troubleshooting steps such as using a different browser, use another device, switch internet connection for example, use mobile data instead of wi-fi, and clearing cookies and cache? If yes and the error still persists, this is most likely an account issue. I highly suggest that you follow up with your support and inform her that you tried troubleshooting the issue however, nothing worked. So, they can investigate further where that error is coming from.
