I am currently opening my own food truck, which also includes a clothing showroom. I want to do all the billing through the Shopify POS. During testing, I noticed that when using the Shopify POS at the checkout, there is no option to redeem the balance in the wallet of a previous customer. This is causing inconvenience to me. However, if a customer logs into my website directly and places an order, they can see the wallet balance on the checkout page, allowing them to use it for the transaction. My problem is that if a registered customer, who is already a customer of mine, comes to my counter with money in their wallet, how can I redeem their money from the wallet? This option is not visible within the Shopify POS. I am using the Bulk app for the wallet. Please provide guidance.
