Whenever a customer sends me a message, it comes in my email, or in a chat not related to the special product. I don’t know what product they mention. There isn’t any product-based conversation in Shopify. Etsy had a simple product base conversation. Why are you making it so hard for customers to contact seller? I’m new to Shopify and I don’t know what to do. Is there any solution to this problem?

In today’s email, my customer asked me for a quote for one product, but I’m not sure what product he requested. It appears there are a lot of lists with these properties. If the email is sent at the contact page, you can add a product name input field to it. So the customer can add the product name and everything will work better.

There’s a pretty easy solution for that. All you’d have to do is install the Engati app and add a chat widget to your Shopify store. Your chatbot would be able to display the catalogue and you could have a lead generation or live chat request triggered when the user asks about individual products.

Thank you for your answer, but it didn’t help me. This is a very simple request. Shopify should provide a message box for each product that responds within the platform, not in my email inbox. It is essential for every shop. I don’t understand why we have to add the codes or pay for this option. Adding some files to the contact option made customers more confused. I hope the Etsy team comes to teach Shopify programmers.

Each theme will support different features, so this belongs to the theme, not about Shopify.

There is no one platform that all themes support all platform features. Each theme will have its own strengths, so the price of the theme will be different. When your theme doesn’t support this you need to add custom code for it or install app.

I believe this feature is very important and necessary for every shop, I could not find it in any free templates.
