This happens as soon as i login
Update I just got done chatting with support. They told me that i violated the terms of service, and refunded all my purchases… which is weird because all that i had done on my account was buy a url (non-explicit regular url) and downloaded 3 apps that were from their shopify store.
I then made a new account under a different email, and immediately got the same screen. I don’t know how or why i was black listed from shopify, but it sure seems like they don’t want me using their platform.
This sounds very unusual to me, honestly. The same screen with the new account?
I would totally agree if it was an established store, or even an operating store.. but all i’d done to it so far was select the dawn theme and download a few of their drop shipping/POD apps from their store, and purchased a few url’s from their store… that’s it. i completely don’t understand what i violated. it’s like i purchased a ticket to a themepark and browsed their gift store then got kicked and banned. now i’m waiting for customer service to get back to me and it’s a waste of time.
yup, i have an @gmail.com account that is what gave the the screen the first time. so i didn’t want to waste time waiting for customer service to figure out that it was an error on Shopify side, so i made a completely different login with my @Live_2 .com account. the only thing that i can think is that i used the same credit card for both accounts and that i’m blacklisted for whatever reason.
