Hi everyone,

I faced the problem with access to my Shopify account.

I’ve tried to reload the page many times, but the message is the same: There’s a problem loading this page.

Please advise how I could solve this issue.

I’ll really appreciate any advice.

Kind regards,

Hi @abdulsamad11 ,
This is Theodore from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App.

There are a couple of possibilities for why you’re seeing the “There’s a problem loading this page” message in Shopify. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Clear Cache and Cookies: Outdated information stored in your browser’s cache and cookies can sometimes cause loading problems. Try clearing your cache and cookies, then restart your browser and attempt to log in to Shopify again.

  2. Try Incognito/Private Mode: Access Shopify in incognito or private mode in your browser. This mode opens a fresh browsing session without using any cached data or cookies. If you can access Shopify in incognito mode, it might indicate an issue with your browser cache or extensions.

  3. Try Another Browser: If the problem persists, try accessing Shopify using a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari). This can help identify if the issue is specific to your current browser.

Even though you’ve tried clearing cache, cookies, and using an incognito window, the login issue persists. You can try a few more things: ensure login details are correct, check your internet connection, disable browser extensions, or use a different browser. If none of these work, contact Shopify Support directly for further troubleshooting.

Hi, I’m having this issue as well. The message reads “There was a problem with Spotify for Artists that has prevented this page from loading. Please try again later.” The primary reason for me switching distribution to shopify WAS its connection with spotify- what gives?
