Hello;

I ran a couple of ads last week with my google account and there was no issue. All of a sudden I have this issue this morning

There was a problem identified with the domain of your online store. Check and update the domain to start showing products on Google.

Make sure your products meet the following requirements

  • Your domain should provide customers with unique, valuable content and can’t only display advertising listings and links

  • If your domain experienced a temporary disruption or is expired, make sure it’s renewed and is no longer expired

This error typically means Google’s bot encountered a “Coming Soon” page, a broken link, or a temporary loading error during its last scan, causing it to flag your site as “incomplete” or “parked.” Since your ads were running fine last week, this is likely a temporary technical glitch rather than a fundamental issue with your business.

First ensure your Shopify password page is disabled under Online Store > Preferences, as this is the most common trigger. Next, click through your site’s navigation menu to ensure every link leads to active products; if Google finds menu items pointing to empty collections or “404 Not Found” pages, it will automatically suspend the account for lacking valuable content.
