Over the last few days we saw a huge drop on conversion for our store. And then today, 2 customer contact us saying that they can’t get to the checkout page because of this error message “There was a problem loading this website. Try refreshing the page” and they said they’ve tried multiple times with different web browser.
We also notice that on the Draft Orders section on Shopify. At least 3-4 draft orders were created for the same customer (within 1-2 mins) every time a customer checkout, so we assume this issue happen to a lot of other customer. Resulting our conversion went down so much.
Do you guy know what could be the issue and how to fix it.

I have my store build with a paid theme and not sure but a couple of Liquid section.
Hmm, the checkout can be effected if recent changes to the theme code were made
Was the theme code altered?
If Yes, try reverting back the changes.
Or you recently make changes to the domain DNS?
The website is running fine at my side. The only issue I am seeing that may be the problem is the store performance. Due to the site not optimized it’s loading the content slower resulting onto the failure of page content
The site performance is not good, its not optimize. The code has to be check again and the website needs to be optimized.

Your site performance for mobile is very poor, it doesn’t load the content sometime.
Did you get this resolved? I looked at your website and it looks as though you are having the same issue as many other shopify merchants whereby the checkout page doesn’t open up at all for customers using some versions of Safari browser. See screenshot.
