Thanks for getting in touch about the issues with your Automations. Is this issue still occurring, as I was unable to replicate this behavior on my side?
It might be the case that your browser needs updating, or you need to clear the cache, it’s always a good idea to use the Google Chrome browser when working on your Shopify store. If you’re still experiencing these issues after trying those steps, please provide some screenshots if you can!

Hi, I am having this same issue when trying to open my Automations. I followed both your suggestions - updated my Chrome browser and cleared out the cache. Still occurring. Any suggestions so I can access Automations? thanks

I understand that you’ve already completed the basic troubleshooting above but to no avail. Is this happening on multiple browsers and devices for you?
We have had the odd report of this issue here and there over the past month so after speaking with my internal technical team, they have asked that you get in touch with live support here at this link so that they can troubleshoot this further for you.
You can let them know what steps you’ve taken so far, including clearing the cache and browsers and trying out different browsers and devices if applicable.
