There was a problem setting up Facebook Shops

There’s a technical problem that’s preventing this feature from being set up. Contact Shopify to help you resolve this issue.

  1. Navigate to the Facebook channel in your Shopify admin.

  2. Click the Settings tab, then click Disconnect beside your Facebook account.

  3. Reconnect your Facebook account.

  4. Ensure that you select all permissions upon reconnecting.
