I am facing an issue and issue is that last week one of my customer text me through my Insta account and said that your website isn’t Working. I have asked him for SS and He shared. I have attached kindly check. Now it’s happening on daily basis. My couple of customer daily text me through Social Platforms and raise the same Issue but from my end website is working perfectly what’s the matter I can’t understand.

@oscprofessional Actually your are right it’s working Perfectly. But In couples of weeks I have got hundred of messages from the Customer through my website’s Instagram or messenger that Your website isn’t working and It returns “There Was A Problem While Loading This Website”. How can I deal with it. Because it’s working Perfectly from my end. I talked to the My Domain Provider. They also told me that your Site working Perfectly and They Also share SS just like you and assure me that everything is okay from there side. But Continuously I have got message from the Customer regarding my site.
@oscprofessional And I am using Shopify Basic Plan could you please tell me that is there any traffic restriction in this plan? Because I am working on ads with Full pace and I am thinking that Maybe website is causing this Because of High Traffic through ads or any source.

No, there is no connectivity between plan and traffic..
what is the issue you are facing right now ?
