I have a dropshipping account with Elegant Themes so when I try to import the CSV file I keep getting errors I even tried to make a copy and got the same error

Please Help

There was an error importing your CSV file. After you fix the error, try importing the CSV file again.

  • Invalid CSV Header: Missing headers Handle, Option1 Value, Option2 Value, Option3 Value.

We can tell from the error message you’re encountering that the CSV file doesn’t have the appropriate headers for the import. In order to successfully import products to your Shopify store, you’ll need to use the supported CSV format with the right headers so the system can read it and create listings for each product. To resolve the issue and avoid the error, you can download this sample product CSV file and fill it out with the data from the CSV file you generated from Elegant Themes. The sample product CSV file already has the appropriate headers, however, if you need information about what to put underneath each header, you can refer to this formatting guide.

Besides using the sample product CSV file, you can manually add a product to your admin and export this to a CSV file instead, so you have a better understanding of how the product data is being formatted in the Shopify product CSV file. You can then use that CSV file to enter the data from the Elegant Themes CSV and import it to your store.
