so my store has a ‘shop all’ tab, but in the backend i cant find it in my collections. reason i want to access it is to organize it. old and sold out products are on top. i understand how to organize collections ‘shop all’ just doesn’t have one.

It sounds like your ‘Shop All’ tab might be linking to Shopify’s default “All Products” collection, which isn’t a collection you can directly manage from the admin—so it won’t appear under your Collections list.
To better organize the products shown there (like moving sold-out or older items down), a common approach is to create a custom collection with your preferred sorting or filtering rules, and then update your menu to point to that instead.
