I have a big store in shopify I certainly theri is issue I have in my store and I tried many times to solve the issue but it’s still not working they said there is a problem to loading this page your account doesn’t have permission to view this page try another account or back to store list how can I solve the issue please help me

Hi @Jayaprakash

Maybe you are login in a staff account instead of store owner account. Please logout and then try to login again.

Did you try to use another browser to login your account?

Yes I tried google chrome, and Microsoft, opera, but not working and I clear my all cookies and caches and I update my browser but not working

So you are login using a Staff account with limit permission, not store owner account.

No I am using i am the store owner and I am only using my store email to login

Hello, I have the same problem. It happened very suddenly. I was packing the goods a few minutes ago. When I checked the customer’s address, I was told that I had no right to view it, and my website was also unavailable. Has your problem been resolved?
