So I have been contacting them for now 3 weeks about them deactivating my shop ( which has my business ‘s domain on it ) I have been told over and over it’s getting sorted. And everyone of them had a different response but it’s always just we are getting it sorted. I need my account activated so I can run my business. This has put a strike on my business and now my ability to even use the domain I paid for. I’ve spoken to 6 people. What do I do now. I can’t file a complain via BBB because I’m in Aus. Someone please help
