I have a third party app integrated into my store but when customers outside of the US try to check out, those rates are not available. They worked for a few days but then suddenly stopped working. They are in my general profile that has 3 shipping zones: US, Canada and Rest of World listed along My Rates with Pirate Ship and another rate is a carrier calculated rate. My Rates seem to be the only option but have a limit of 4lb and are only valid for anything supped outside of the US, which is exactly what I wanted. The carrier calculated rates don’t appear at all. So far, Shopify support hasn’t helped.
I have attached 2 screenshots that shows that when the order is under 4lb, the Simple Export Rate (My Rate) appears but both should appear as a choice.
I may have messed up something in Markets or somewhere else. Don’t know. Help, please. Thanks
Hi @back2business ,
It sounds like there may be an issue with the settings or configuration of the third-party app you are using for shipping rates. It’s possible that the app has limitations on certain shipping zones or weight limits, or there could be an issue with the integration between the app and your Shopify store.
You can try checking the settings and configuration of the app to ensure that it is set up correctly and that all shipping zones and weight limits are properly configured. You may also want to reach out to the app developer for support, as they may be able to provide more specific guidance on how to resolve the issue.
In addition, you can try disabling any other shipping rate options in your Shopify settings to see if that resolves the issue with the third-party app. This will help to narrow down the source of the problem and determine if it is related to your Shopify settings or the third-party app.
Hi,
CCS or Carrier Calculated Rates only work if either of the following is satisfied:
- You are on advanced or higher plan.
- You are paying annually for the Shopify Plan.
- You have purchased the CCS feature by paying shopify a monthly fee of $20.
In your case, did you move away from either of the above?
