I have on my shopify store connected third party gateway payment system.
Now I want to send automatically message after customer pay something with card with confirmation message which is including order number and order content. Something like this:
This is an automated message from web shop
Hello, order #… has been successfully processed. You have purchased the following products: … in the amount of xx,00 EUR using … card. Thank you for shopping at our store!
Problem is when I create this message in Payment service system it doesn’t get me order number and content in message which one is sent to customer confirmation email, it s only writing me order ID in both order number and order content place which one is combination of small and capital letters (…Hello, order #rcnUUDqK4NLsPrSBhQsjVY…)
Is there any suggestion how to get order number and content to be written in confirmation email for customer?
