Third Party pop-up emails going into SPAM!

Hello,

Me and my partner are building our first company and we decided to go with Shopify, we are very close to launching the website. However i am having some issues with the dreaded SPAM mails.

I have created two email marketing campaigns. One using Ecomsend pop-up which is a great app with amazing customer service. The other email campaign i used Shopify emails.

My issue is, that with the third party app the emails go into spam. With Shopify this does not happen.

Is there anyway to resolve this? Or is there a third party app which does not do into spam? Or maybe, a way to create a elegant and customizable Shopify pop-up?

This is going to vary from email address to email address based on their security/privacy settings. While the third-party app probably cannot leverage Shopify’s servers for sending email, you may be able to plug in your own SMTP settings to have the email come from your email server.
