My store uses NZD currency. I am using multiple print on demand providers and dropship services, which price their products in USD. When I sync with shopify, none of the production costs are converted to NZD, yet they are displayed as NZD. For example, a POD shirt might cost 50 USD to make, but when imported into shopify, it says 50 NZD instead of the roughly 84 NZD it should be. This has caused me to price everything at a loss without realizing. Is there a way to fix this automatically or is my only option to manually verify and calculate the price of each variant of each product? This is a very misleading and potentially devastating error.
If the products are syncing with those apps, it means those apps are populating the data. I would contact them to see if they can make the conversion.
