This Connection Is Not Private Error Message

When some users open my Shopify website, it comes up with the error message of “This Connection Is Not Private”. I am not sure what is causing this but I have tried to go through various forums and websites about this issue but to no result. I have made sure I have the correct IP address in my A record and have made sure that the lock icon comes up next to my website URL which means my TLS certificate is working. I have noticed that the only people this issue is happening to are those with Telstra as their internet provider but not enough people have been tested to prove this so it could easily just be a coincidence.

Is it possible that your TLS certificate is in place but outdated or was it issued within the last 48 hours? It can take up to 48 hours for the TLS certificate to be issued after you connect your third-party domain to Shopify.

If it’s neither of those issues, then I would verify your A and CNAME records are correct, and that the AAAA record has been removed, I know that can interfere sometimes.
