Shopify would never email you from a gmail.com domain so there’s nothing to worry about and most probably it’s a scam email so you can ignore it.

Thanks I thought the same but they are quite insisting and I think is the 3rd or 4th email sent from them. So I started to doubt if they were actually real. But thanks anyway

If you’re receiving continuous emails then feel free to report it to Shopify but there’s nothing to worry about so you can just ignore it as well.
