Is there any way to select multiple collections on the button link section? I’m trying to add my “view more” button, but unable to because I have run into this issue.

While each button can only link to a single page, I do have a few options for you here.
Link to all collections or all products
When adding the button link, you can choose “Collections > All collections” to display a page with links to every collection on your online store, or “Products > All products” to bring customers to a page where all products are displayed together.
Feature a subset of collections on a page
If you want to display a selection of collections rather than all collections, the “View more” button can link to a page that lists only the collections you want to feature. We have a tutorial for featuring a subset of collections on a page here. Since you’re using the Narrative theme, you might be able to use some of your design time for help with this if you need it.
Create a drop-down menu
Lastly, you can also add a drop-down menu item to the main menu. This can be called “View more”, or something like “Shop” or “Catalog”, and can link to each collection in the list.
