We’re currently facing an issue when customers in the US try to check out the customer “This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields”. However, this issue does not appear for customers in Canada.
I know this is an issue that’s widely reported, but I believe our issue is a bit different from what I’ve read in the last 2 hrs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Below are a screenshot of our shipping setup

Just to gather some additional context, are you using more than one location for shipping your orders? Also, could you confirm that your products are added into the Shipping Profile? You should see the products that are added to the shipping profile displayed above the shipping zones.
