"This order can’t be shipped to your location." even though I've set up shipping zones

Hello everyone!

I’ve set up shipping zones for all countries worldwide, but I can only check out with the United States. When I choose any other country (e.g. Canada) I’m getting a “This order can’t be shipped to your location.” error.

I’m sure I’ve selected all the countries in the shipping zone and I can checkout when choosing “United States”, so my “Shipping From” location is apparently not the issue. Also, this issue is for all the products in my store and yes, they are assigned to the shipping profile.

Please help. This is so frustrating…

I just ran in to the same message and finally figured out it was because the product selected weighed over 150 lbs so UPS would not ship it. Is there anything about your product that would prevent the carrier from accepting it?
