When I try to post a product that I have registered with Shopify on Instagram, I get a popup like the one in the title and I can’t post it. Any solution?
I’ve spent hours trying to figure this out and I still haven’t had any luck. I don’t understand why when I watch a Youtube video or a post on this issue, my account looks totally different. If I find an answer, I will reply with it!
Same issue and I thought I had it solved by having to manually go into EDIT on the item page in the META commerce center, adding ‘myshopify’ to my URL and save, then I could tag a product. This does not work anymore.
