This site can’t be reached- domain might have expired

I got emails warning me that my domain would expire on September 18th, just two days before today. On September 18th, I went into the ‘domains’ section in the settings and chose the auto-renew option, believing it would prevent the expiration.

Everything seemed fine with the website yesterday, but today, I’m unable to access it. Whenever I try to load the page, I receive an error message that says ‘This site can’t be reached.’

What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

It looks like you may have gone to renew it too late, as you went to do it on the day that is was meant to expire.

As already suggested in this thread, you can reach out to our support here, and we can help you set it up again.
