Same thing happening here. Trying to get in touch with Shopify support, with zero luck so far. My entire web presence is gone, costing me money, and I can’t get any help.
…and Tian in Support was able to help me resolve this. Just took a while to get a response- things must be busy. Root cause was apparently GoDaddy changed the A record in my DNS to point to one of their servers. I didn’t ask for this. Once I changed the A record back to 23.227.38.65 (and waited a few minutes) my site came back.
