This site is unreachable. Website took too long to respond

Hello, I’m not sure I’m posting at the right place and I’m sorry but I’m quite desesperate…

It’s been 3h that my website is not working and I have this error message:

This site is unreachable. adegadopierre-assinatura.com.br took too long to respond.

My shopify dashboard is working fine and I can see that the visits dropped to 0 more or less 3h ago.

Shopify or Godaddy are both telling me everything is fine, I have tried to come back to old theme version saved months ago, up to 6 months old, but still it’s not working.

Shopify chatbot is loading and not giving me any answer or not helping in any way.

So yeah I’m here and quite desesperate, did it happen to anybody before? Any idea how to solve this and get the website working again?

Has your issue been addressed on your end?

I suggest you test in incognito mode or use other network!

I’m currently able to access your store, and it seems to be working fine without any issues or delays. It doesn’t appear to be down or lagging on my end.

Could you please check again on your side and see if it’s working now? Sometimes, connectivity issues can be temporary or specific to certain regions.

We had the same outages this morning but it seems to be working fine now:

Can you check again on your end after clearing your cookie or accessing your site in incognito mode?

I just checked your website, and it displays normally on my end.

Wonder if it is due to your network connection or proxy setting options on your device when encountering this issue. You can share more issue details like screenshot for further check.
