Hi
This store can’t accept payments right now. message during final step for cash on delivery . I started getting this after my plan had expired and then i renewed it but i m still getting the message. Could some one guide me as to how to resolve this issue

Sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. What steps did you take to renew your plan - did you make sure that you are on not on the Pause and Build plan which costs $9/month? This can be checked by going into Settings > Plan in your Shopify Admin, where the name of the plan will appear at the top of the page.
If you’re not, the best next step here is to contact our support by reaching out through this link and our team will be able to take a closer look at this for you.
