It sounds like your payment provider may be in test mode. Which payment provider are you using? If you’re using Shopify Payments, can you please go to Settings > Payment Providers > Manage from your admin? If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you’ll see an option to disable test mode.
Perhaps your store is a development store? (Partner Program)
You can’t test your store using real transactions in a development store. Real transactions are transactions that are processed through a payment provider that is not in test mode, and that use real payment information such as a valid credit card number. If you need to test with real transactions, then you need to transfer the development store to a paid plan.
It doesn’t seem what I try, it’s just not working. I hire n expert and I don’t know what’s happening. It seems to me things were going right all the time n now nothing at all… I need help for sure…
