This store can’t accept real orders or real payments

After I connect my “Printify” app to my “Shopify store” it is now saying “This store can’t accept real orders or real payments.“ Can I please get help.!?

It sounds like you are trying to use the Printify app on your Shopify store, but you are encountering an error message saying that the store can’t accept real orders or real payments. This error message is typically displayed when the store is in “test mode,” which means that the store is not configured to accept real orders or real payments.

To fix this issue, you will need to make sure that your store is in “live mode” and not in “test mode.”

Here are the steps you can follow to do this:

  1. Log in to your Shopify account and go to the “Settings” page.

  2. Click on the “Payments” tab.

  3. Scroll down to the “Test mode” section and make sure that the toggle switch is set to “Off.”

  4. Click on the “Save” button to apply the changes.

Once you have disabled test mode, your store should be able to accept real orders and real payments. You should then be able to use the Printify app without encountering the error message.

If you are still having trouble, you may want to contact Printify support or Shopify support for further assistance. They should be able to help you resolve the issue and get your store up and running properly.

Hello, @PersonalEra .

Echoing what @SocialAutoPost has said, it sounds as though your store may currently be in “test-mode” meaning it is not able to accept real payments at the moment. I believe following the steps he has outlined should resolve this issue for you!
