Please check your store status, and make sure you have the said active error related to your issue. If not, I would suggest to contact the Shopify customer support for the ticket to be submitted

Thank you for reaching out and contributing to the thread.
Earlier today Shopify received reports of customers encountering issues when attempting to access storefronts or checkouts. It was caused by a Cloudflare bug. We also received reports of merchants being unable to access their store admin. Merchants may be seeing a 5xx error.
Both issues mentioned above have since been resolved by our developers. I recommend going through the troubleshooting steps listed below prior to accessing your admin, storefront, checkout etc.
Troubleshooting Methods:
- Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
- Try launching an incognito window or a different web browser.
