Hello people! I have a problem with my Shopify store. I hope I am not wrong here in this section.
So : I have connected my paypal account to Shopify, however customers keep getting the message " this transaction cannot be completed because it violates the paypal user agreement." I have activated and linked everything correctly, Paypal has written me that it is Shopify and not them, I have tried to change my product names because it may not comply with the privacy policy, without success. I hope someone can help me, shopify support has not replied yet

Solution we had was 2 prong:

  1. Somehow the account we created was not US based, it was in Bosnia (don’t ask me how).

  2. The account needed a bank account attached to it.

I have the same problem here. The customer has tried more than 3 time to finish the transaction but on the abandoned checkouts i saw the message:

this transaction cannot be completed because it violates the paypal user agreement.

I am losing sales like this.
