Thoughts on our revised website design and collection landing pages?

Hi everyone,

We recently changed our theme and re-did our website a bit.

Would love to get some feedback on our design and if you have any pointers on something that could be better.

Our store is: https://www.ludus.is and can also be looked at in English here: https://www.ludus.is/en

Also trying to improve our collection landing pages, so will leave some collections here below in case if somebody would take a look at it and would have any feedback:

Any thoughts on if collection images should be at top or at the bottom for instance?

Any feedback is highly appreciated :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi there,

For a quick overview, the website looks amazing! One thing I immediately notice is that the image below is not aligned with the images above here:

Also, there are two types of email sign up popups. I would recommend not to do that.

Also try to make the add to cart button pop out a little more. And move the “Quantity” option to above the button and the “available payment methods” to just below the button.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Ludus ,

I’m Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder app.

With my experience in building high-converting stores, I’d like to suggest some improvements that you could apply to your product page to convert your shop better:

1. Add a shoppable social gallery on your homepage

For fashion brands, you should add a curated Instagram feed to the homepage for easy shopping and styling inspiration. By doing this, you might have a 3.7% uplift in revenue. For example:

3. Move your benefits higher

I noticed your store’s benefits were low on the homepage, and practically invisible to those just landing there for the first time. This is a lost opportunity to make an impact. You can increase conversion by showing key benefits to new customers right on the top of the homepage.

3. Add a countdown clock to leverage FOMO feelings

You can add a section of limited deals. Enhancing the sense of urgency with a countdown timer could remind visitors of the limited time available and potentially increase sales.

Besides these points, your store looks fantastic. Continue your excellent work and remain patient.

And … Merry Christmas!!! Wish you all the best and success :christmas_tree:

Best regards,

Kate | PageFly

Hi Ludus,

This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App.

I think your store already looks quite professionally made and appealing.

Instead of asking the community here about store design, why don’t you ask your converting customers directly what they think of certain elements on your website?

You can use a post-purchase survey app (with a 5-second visual test) to collect feedback, and then reward your customers with coupons or points so they will come back to your store.

Hope this helps!
