Three months and still waiting for the escalation team to reach out to me

Lately I have been spending hours with customer service on chat and the reps are all very polite but totally useless and unable to solve my issue and promising each time that the « escalation team »

is going to reach out to me which never happened!

Each time I waste hours on their chat and not a single person reaches out to me afterwards as promised !

what is going on ?
do I need to go on X , Instagram , Facebook and write about the total inefficiency of Shopify for someone to get in touch with me or what ?

I work in advertising and I think this is the only way forward .
Has anyone ever heard back from the so called « escalation team of Spotify” ?? Does it even exist ?

please share some insight or the email adress of this escalation team ! Maybe the name of some manager of some sort ? Anyone useful ??

I’ve heard that happens but my experience has been pretty good with Plus support. I’m a dev and I sometimes need to contact support, they’re fast most of the times.
